Ok I asked a question before but I mean that when their darkness thing is empty and I went to the relic nothing happened I tryied to play the time flute it says it can't be used right now or it's meningless to use this what do I do?

Are you sure that their heart gauge is all the way down? All 5 bars? If it isn't then just use a scent, stick it in the daycare, battle or walk about with it a bit 'til the relic starts to glow. DON'T use the time flute yet, save it for the dogs or one of the strong Pokemon like Metagross or Tyranitar.
Well are you actually going up to the relic stone not just standing on the stony bit and selecting the time flute from the bag? You have to go right up to the relic stone then it goes all twinkly and it says: "there's a pok�mon that can open the door to it's heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Then you do some other bits that I can't be bothered to type because they're just obvious. *has fit* o_O
