When you come out of Nett's house you'll hear someone yell: "OMGOMGOMG, a spyyyyyyyy, I saw a spyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!" run over to the elevator and two Ciphery Peons have Silva, fight them and one of them has a shadow something or other. Then go to the side of the cage thingy to the bit where it sort of goes in a bit, in the top corner of the go inny bit talk to silva, he gives you the R-Disc. Use this to get to Venus so you can pwn her eyes out. Train up first.
