Hi, I know this may sound stupid but do I get a second chance a t catching smeargle remoraid and mantine because I have all the others so far and I really don't wanna restart my game please help me!!!

I dunno about Smeargle, but if you go to Miror B's room in the cave in Pyrite Town, you can get Mantine and Remoraid.
Yes you get a second chance at all the shadows that you have not gotten yet.
