Question for Pokemon Colosseum

Where do you get the L disk for the UFO in the under? I see an item over there but I can't get to it! Can someone help me? I already have the U, D, F, and R disks if that helps.

There are Steel teeth in the corridor leading to the Deep Colosseum. Give them to the old man looking down into the crevice in The Under and he'll give you the L-Disk.
