Question for Pokemon Colosseum

What happens if I missed the shadow Pokemon Bayleaf in Phenac City?Does that mean I won't be able to have all 48 Shadow Pokemon?

You will be able to get it again if you challenge him at the beginning,he will be at the new Colosseum.

You can rebattle the man that had it, just walk into a building then walk back out and the guy will be back to verse you again.

No, this means you can get him later in the game at the lab in the middle of no where.
