Um first it's Ein anyway you need some thuder and ground types and when you get to raikou then hopefully you will catch him cause I used my AR Max to catch him so it was easy but you need them to be level 38 at the least and 50 max if any higher then you should kill Raikou but save first before this battle use earthquake for electric Pokemon like the water and electric one and raikou
And thunder for the pink Pokemon and I'm not sure for the other 1 or 2.
