Can you get Groudn Kyogre and Latios and Latias?I need to know if you csn clone items too!

Unless you trade from R/S/FR/LG you cannot get Groudon, Kyogre, Latios, Latias, or any other Pokemon other than the ones you get in the game.
In a way you can clone a Master Ball, or any kind of Pokeball, look in the user submitted cheats section for it.
You cannot get any of those Pokemon without trading. No you cannot clone items
You must trade the Pokemon from Ruby or Sapphire and there is a way to clone in the user submitted hints section.
No, you can not get any of those Pokemon without trading. Some things say you can, but they are not real.
You can clone a ball by having at least two types of balls (you must be in a battle to do this) throw the ball you want with one Pokemon, and with the next Pokemon use X to switch the order. You will throw the pokeball but will not lose it.
