Question for Pokemon Colosseum

I have a big problem. I used the action replay code that let's you capture the opponent's Pokemon. I also used the code that let Celebi open their heart. When I got to the Relic Stone and purified my Pokemon, they were still the same. They were still shadow Pokemon. How do I get them to normal Pokemon? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Well, This hasn't happened to me before but I think I know what to do. You have 3 options:
1. Start a new game
2. Turn off the cheats and try to do things legit until you want to enable cheats again, therefore you can purify but have cheats off for that short period of time
3. Just leave it as it is

I can confirm it works. I captured a Flygon with the shadow cheat and then purified it with cheats turned off and everything is fine.

you need to move your pokemon to a different slot in your party and then purify it... the heart will still be open.
