Question for Pokemon Colosseum

I have Pokemon Colosseum and just a couple of questions, first in the under there is the ufo disks and when you go on the forward one using f disk you look left and theres an item box what is in it and how do I get that disk to go left.
I have 4 already?

And also when you got to the deep you find silver teeth or something or steel teeth what have they got to do with anything have you got to give them anyone??

And also where do you get the third time flute I've heard of that one? and when do you know youve finaly completed the game? And can you battle that person who disguises themselves as you??

PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP!!! Any little infomation will be helpful. Thankyou

Little information? I will give you a LOT of information, more than what you need!

Your question of the steel teeth relates to the first question. Once you get the Steel Teeth, you use the F-Disk to go to that old man and give it to him. He will give you the L-Disk.

The chest there has a valuable amulet coin in it. The third time flute is just before zone 100 on Mt. Battle. You've finally beaten the game after you have beaten Cipher Head Evice at Realgam Tower. But you can catch Ho-oh (win Mt. Battle with all 48 shadow pokemon purified) and do extra stuff.

Yes, you can battle him. after you snag all the shadow pokemon and wander around a bit, Nett calls you and you can then battle him. He has the last shadow pokemon (Togetic). He's pretty hard if you don't trade from FR/LG or R/S.

Ok, I know where one is.

When you get the U-disk or the one that goes up
it should bring you up into the windmill thingy {the place you had to get to get the gire from}.

You should be in a room, it is in the box.
