D disk is the disk for down to go to the deep colosseum(there are strong pokemon and big prize money)you verse all the previous bosses and the forth has the 47th shadow pokemon.You get it at team snagem's hideout after beating the boss(near the end of the game). L disk is the disk for going left and you get it once you go to the deep colosseum(the first time. there's a shiny item pick it up and head back up). Gice them to the old man in front of the colosseum/spice shop. R or F disk off Silvia in the cage. The first disk you get is the the F disk which i forgot which one it is and where. Good luck
