Question for Pokemon Colosseum

In The Under, where do you get the discs to use with the UFO? So far i can only find the F-Disc.

Also, where do you find do you go to find Lady Venus?

Please help!!!

You have to see a scene with silva and then talk to him. He gives you the r-disk.

You will see two peons. You don't have to battle them but the first one has a shadow ledian. If you battle one, you have to battle the other. Use the r-disk on the ufo. It takes you to venus. She has a shadow suicune. Make sure you grab the rare candies! If you don't catch it, you can get it the second time or maybe the third time.
