Well, if you mean the Under, then once you get Entei in Mt. Battle, then go to Agate Village and use the Time Flute to Purify Entei. Then go to Pyryte town and Talk to Sherles (the Officer) and Give him your P*DA number. Do this for Duking's Kids behind the bookcase, too. Then, go to back to the station and pick up the Jail Key on the table. Release the Prisoners. Then leave and to anywhere. Then, Sherles E-Mails you, telling you that there are some new Prisoners. Go and open the jail cell and go to the guy sleeping. he has the elevator Key on his belt. Take it and to to the elevator and beat the trainer guarding it to go to the Under! (I might as well be a guide book)
To get to the cave after Pyrite Town you have to completely beat the hideout.
