Rare pokemon

Hi, I have more questions about this game. First of all thanks to all of the people who answered my other questions, you helped alot.

1> When you have to go after Team Aqua in the CAVE OF ORIGIN. You battle Kyogre and you DON'T catch him can you go back and catch him?

2> What are all the rare Pokemon you can get in this game?

3> Is this a good team for beating the eleite 4?

Combusken

1> Sorry. If they are legendary/rare you can only fight them once. If you don't catch it they just vanish.

2> Registeel, Regice, Regirock, Groudon. Kyogre, Groudon, Jirachi (Obtained from Pokemon channel), Deoxys 9obtained from mirage island, and if you get the national pokedex all the rares from there.
Mewtwo, Mew, Raikou, suicune, entei, Ho-oh, Lugia

3> It depends on the level. Cobusten is good for beating some of 1, not sure about 2, electric beats third so if plusle +minun have electric moves your good, If any of your Pokemon have ice or dragon moves then you've beaten him. And against the champion: If you're combusken knows a move like earthquake use it against aggron, armaldo and metagross. The rest is your choice.

Bring alot of revives and heals etc. If it's your first try.

1.In the cave of Origin if it killed you then it won't disapper because it killed and you must kill Kyogre not Kyogre is the one to kill you so that you can complete the story so Kyogre is either killed or catched.

2.There are 10 POkemon without the national pokedex.

1.RAYQUAZA
2.GROUDON
3.KYOGRE
4.LATIAS
5.LATIOS
6.REGISTEEL
7.REGIROCK
8.REGICE
9.JIRACHI
10.DEOXYS.

With the national pokedex they are 20 pokemon.

All the other ten and:
11.MEW
12.MEWTWO
13.RAIKOU
14.ENTEI
15.SUICUNE
16.HO-OH
17.LUGIA
18.ZAPDOS
19.ARTICUNO
20.MOLTRES

These are all rare pokemons.


3.It depends on what lvl they are here are some lvls to win and who should kill each one of the elite four.

A.Swellow:lvl 60
Can kill Sidney's pokemon:Cacturne and Shiftry.
Can kill in Phoebe's pokemon:No one in super effective.
Can kill in Glacia's pokemon:No one.
Can kill in Drake's pokemon:No one.
Can kill in Steven's pokemon:Cradily.

B.Lombre:lvl 58
Can kill Sidney's pokemon:No one.
Can kill in Phoebe's Pokemon:all if you have a dark tech.
Can kill in Glacia's pokemon:all except Glalie by leaf attacks.
Can kill in Drake's Pokemon:All if you have ice techs.
Can kill Steven's pokemon:Aggron,Armaldo.

Plusle and Minun:lvl 67
Can kill Sidney's pokemon:Sharpedo.
Can kill Phoebe's pokemon:No one.
Can kill Glacia's pokemon:all except Glalie.
Can kill Drakes Pokemon:No one.
Can kill Steven's Pokemon:Armaldo.

Combusken should evolve to Blaziken and should be lvl 58
Can kill Sidney's pokemon:all
Can kill Phoebe's pokemon:Sableye.
Can kill Glacia's pokemon:Glalie.
Can kill Drake's pokemon:No one.
Can kill Steven's pokemon:Cradily,Skarmory.Armaldo,Metagross.


Wynaut:Can't do anything there so put it away.

All these kills are only super effective hits that might kill them in one hit KO.
