Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hey its ryno.

I've gotten into regirocks cave but whenever I try I can't catch him. I'm really in need to get him because I've got regice and registeel and have almost completed my poke'dex

I was also wondering what pokemon evolve by doing what to them. Please dont make it one big paragraph.

To catch Regirock, get a pokemon that knows yawn eg. Relicanth. Train relicanth to level 50 and keep yawn. Use yawn so he'll fall asleep on his next turn. Use your other moves to get him down to red health. If he wakes up, use yawn again. Keep doing this. Also when he gets down to red throw heaps of ultra balls and timer balls. If he starts using struggle, you're in trouble. He does this when all his pp runs out, that why you have to put him to sleep so he wont use his pp as fast

Okay these are some of the things you have to do to evolve some pokemon:
Lombre-Ludicolo = water stone
Nuzleaf-Shiftry = leaf stone
Kadabra-Alakazam = trade
Shedinja = train a nincada to lvl 20 but make sure you have a spare space in your party. nincada will evolve into a ninjask and in the spare place, you'll have a shedinja
Marill- Azumarill = happy evolution
Graveler-golem = trade
Skitty-Delcatty = moonstone
Golbat-Crobat = happy evolution
Machoke-Machamp = trade
gloom-vileplume = leaf stone
gloom- bellosson = sun stone
Jigglypuff-wigglytuff = moon stone
Feebas-Miltoic = beauty evolution
Staryu-starmie = water stone
Vulpix-ninetales = fire stone
Pikachu-Raichu = thunder stone
Clamperl-Huntail = trade holding a deepsea scale
clamperl-gorebyss = trade holding a deepsea tooth
Seadra-kingdra = trade holding a dragon scale

regirock- no (pre)evolution/catch with ultra ball
