Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Is relancinth rare?


I've completed the 7th gym got the blue orb and still the eighth gym says the door is locked please help

Ok, so, if you can't get passed the doors then surf to the left of the gym and climb up all the stairs until you see some different stairs going down, then keep going down until you see this cave thingy then go into it and when you get to the core you will get to catch kyoger if you have a masterball
