My Sapphire version stopped changing days. I think the clock in my room is working but everytime I talk to the lady at the lilycove department store and the berrymaster, they all tell me to come back tomorrow. My berries won't grow either. Is there any way to correct this?

You have berry glitch (use the search facility on this page for more info) to fix it link to colossuem or channel.
It's called time glitch. The only way to fix it is by connecting to Pokemon Colleseum and it will update and repair your game. Pokemon Leaf Green and Red Fire can also repair your game.
Other than that, use AR codes to be able to change your game's time.
Yes my sapphire has changed too, have you used a gameshark before? It's either that or the berry garden dried up. To fix it use Pokemon Collesium. Hope I helped bye.
