Okay.. 1) How do you get the Shoal Ice in the Shoal Cave near Mossdeep?

Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Okay..

1) How do you get the Shoal Ice in the Shoal Cave near Mossdeep? And, well, is there any point of giving the 2 ingredients to the man? What does he make out of them?

2) How do you catch the Regis? Do you have to beat the PKMN League or Frontier or anything first? And where do you go to catch them? Do you need a certain ball?

1)I don't know

2)you beat the elite 4 for all three and I know where all 3 are! 1 is in the desert at route 111 and you go to the bottom of the desert(not near the grass) and you rather have to go to the middle of the room and use flash, or go to the braille at the top of the room and run beside the walls (stay next to the walls) and run 1 lap.

Another one is tricky to get to. You need surf, dive, and rock smash. I'l tell it in detail. Go to pacifidlog town. Go in the water to the left and go down past the rocks go in the rapid waters and you have to battle a fisherman. Go down all the way and surf. I'll go by paces now(up 16 means go up 16 paces).up 1, look down, surf, left 3, down in the rapid water, up 1, right 2, up 3, right 1, A, down 2, left 2, down 1, left 2, down 2, surf, left 5, surf, left 1, dive, down til you hit a wall, right 2, down til you hit the wall, left 1, down 6, right 4, dive, up 3, left 2, up 13, right 2, left 2, down 2, rock smash.

The last one is found by flying to fortree city, go right to route 120 and down tto the bottom right before you reach route 121, once th path starts going to tthe right, go left and go up the stairs. Keep going up to the tall grass and ggo through the tall grass and up the stairs again go past the hiker and tthere's a big rock in the middle of 6 smaller rocks like at route 111 and iinside you do the same as the one in the desert if you did the lap in the desert you do the flash in their and vice-versa.
