Hi. Does anyone know when the lilycove department clearout sale is. Is there any way to predict the time of the rooftop sale? How frequently does it come around?

The clearout sale happen sometime after you defeat the elite 4.

Not that often
There is no way to predict when the next one will be. Just watch Tv once a day and you will eventually it will say that the next sale will be in 2 days, then 1 day. Then the next day go to lilycove department store on the roof and there you go
The rooftop sale is unpredictable (as far as I am aware) and occurs more often when the player is good at checking out tvs.
