Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Can someone please give me a good walkthrough on how to catch the 3 Regis because I am trying to collect rare to uncommon Pokemon and they fit the list, so can someone kind of give a simple walkthrough but not so simple I can't understand?

Okay if I remember how I did it, I used like 10 to 15 master balls on each.
You have to weaken them first but not TOO bad. This way you don't kill them.
BUT save before you go battle them this way you can always shut the game off if
You kill them. If you were wondering how to get to them I'm sorry but I don't
remember.

Regirock-go to the dessert and go to the back go into the cave you have to do this go to the middle and use fly REGICE-go up from dewford and there is a little iland 2 guys to battle you need to wait with the brail out registeel-go to the guy with the surskits go up the hill the do the 2 steps right 2 steps down use strength
