Southern Island is only accessible after you get the Eon Ticket (by mixing record with a person already own that). This is the place where you will get the other Lati

Yo the southern island is the place where in sapphire you find latios (latias in ruby) you need the eon ticket to go there and the only ways to get it is 1. A nintendo event (like in toys are us) or an cheating device (like an action replay or game shark) if you have one go to ferry in lillycove (bring a master ball)
