Question for Pokemon Sapphire

If you and your friends mix records and your freind makes all his Pokemon hold masterballs,or rare candys and you go to his base to battle him/her,if you use that move that allows you to steal trainers pokemon's held item could you continuosly steal them as many times as you want?
