There are more than 200 trainers in all on the game, seventy of which, including Gym Leaders, the Elite Four, and Champion Steven, will be registered in Trainer's Eyes for rematches. To see whom to rematch, go to Trainer's Eyes in the Pokénav and look for those with blinking icons next to their names.

There are not 70 trainers in the game, there is more than 150, but thre are only 70 trainers eyes trainers.
