Ok look I'm a noob at this..im only at lilycove city and I wanted to catch a pikachu in the safari zone but I need a pokeblock case and I think pokeblocks. Where do I get a pokeblock case?!? And where can I get a thunder stone?

You get the Pokeblock Case in Slateport City in the Pokemon Contest room from a girl, she's the little one...
And you can get a Thunder Stone by trading a Yellow Shard to the Hunter, who is found just before Mossdeep and Yellow Shards are found underwater.
