Absol is near Fortree in the grass where you talk to Steven and he gives you the Devon Scope to get past the Kecleon so you could get to the Fortree gym. If this helps, it is the route that is to the East or right of Fortree.

Route 120. It's rare though, keep looking.

Its in the grass around where steven gave you the devon scope to get to the fortree gym it's kind of rare to find him so be patient. I tryed to catch him 3 times with a pokeball when his health was REALLY low and it didn't work so I just fought him. If you want to catch him I suggest great/ultra ball.

You know where steven gives you the devon scope to get past the kecleons and get to the 6th gym? Well it's around that in the grass. It took me 3 pokeballs when it's health was low to just give up. So if your planning on catching it I suggest a great/ultra ball at least. And it's kind of rare to find him so be patient.

By route 121 look in the last row.You need to keep doing it tel you get one.!!!
