Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Please give me direction to reach the Archie's underwater cavern (like go left 5 timme fromm sootopolis)

Okay...first go to route 127....dive down and find a cave....enter that cave and your suppose to see a Submarine...when you saw it...surf back up....now you will end up in the Underwater Cavern....now you will see another cave...enter there and you will find the Team Aqua Grunts....just beat them to get pass...and find your way to Archie....You need HM Strength,Rocksmash,Dive and Surf to be able to find archie and kyogre..

Dive down in an underwater area on Route... 127? Anyway, you'll find a cave eventually, enter it. Beat the Aqua Grunts and solve the puzzle. You'll need Strength and Surf to get through here.

Go to route 127 and surf until you see a big patch of dark blue water. Dive here and then continue along the path until you see a cave. Go in and you should see a submarine. Dive again and you should go back to the top and end up in the cavern.
