Question for Pokemon Sapphire

1. How much ever I wait kyogre is not being waked up by team aqua.
2. Ony my castform had made it to being the super sketch model. How can I make other pokemon also the same.
3. I am playing this game with a vba emulator on my pc. How can I cheat here.
4. Please give a detailed definition of what I have yo to do for the first question.

1.You have to wake it up! Go to the underwater cavern in route 127 and defeat Archie...then Kyogre will wake

2.Cheating

1. Go to Underwater Cavern. Archie will use the orb and wake it up.
2. Win a contest.
3. Get Gameshark codes.
4. Dive down near Sootopolis.
