How do you catch a Bagon, shelgon,or a salamence?

You can only can Bagon, but you can get in meteor falls. If you go up the waterfall, there is a cave, right at the back with a tm in it (i can't remember what it is) it's a small cave, but thats the only place you can get it. (you have to be patient because it took me a long time to catch it)

Bagon is in the deepes room in Meteor Cave

Bagon is in the cave where you need Waterfall to acess it.

It evolves into Shelgon at Level 30.

Shelgon evolves into Salamence at Level 50.

You can only get a Bagon, which evolves into Shelgon and Salamence. You get Bagon in Meteor Falls. It is in the small room, where you get TM02, Dragon Claw. Bagon is not really common so it might take a while for it to show up.
