1.How can I open the gym in sootopolis?
2.How can I enter the Cave Of Origin?
3.How can I find the orb and submarine taken by team Aqua?

1. After fighting Kyogre in the Cave of Origin.
2. Team Aqua needs to wake Kyogre in the Underwater Cave, then he'll cause the giant Rainstorm. Go underwater and Dive, you'll find a Cave soon, which you'll see the Submarine in the entrance. Go through the cave and fight Team Aqua. Archie will wake Kyogre eventually.
3. See my above explanation.

2.You can only enter one's...Steven will let you in there
