Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok, this is the first time I've submitted anything but here is my question.

I'm wondering, is it possible to get a latias or latios on this game with or without an action replay?

Yes you have to beat the pokemon league and it appears anywhere but if you find him don't loook at your pokedex if he runs away because he will chang places if you go to the route on the pokedex its luck

Yes. On Ruby, you can get Latios. On Sapphire, you get Latias.

Latias comes naturally in the game after you beat the elite four and steven but for Latios you must go to the southern island with an eon ticket aquired by e reader.

Sure, you can get Latios on Ruby after defeating the pokemon league, and Latias on Sapphire after the pokemon league, they both appear randomly in different parts on Hoenn.

Yes you can find Latias only in Sapphire without action replay.Latias will appear after you become Champion in the game. In other words you have to beat the Elite 4 and Champion Steven to capture Latias.

You can get both of em with AR and you can catch one of em in the game, the other one can also be gotten with an e-reader.

You can you need to beat chapion steven then go to patch of grass have a Pokemon level 40 or under use max repeles while you run in the grass you should run for about 20-30 steps if you don't find latas or latios go to a differnt route (I recond you go to slaport and run in th patch of grass of both it)
Keep doing this and eventruly you will find it
