What are all the rare Pokemon on this game?

Kougre = found in cave of origin (groudon for ruby)
Latias = found randomly around places
Raquazza = found after you beat elite four (need a mach bike)
Regi steel/rock/ice = can be unlocked by using dig in the ancient cave
Belgum = found in steves house after you beat elite four

Kyogre - Wake him in his slumber and try to catch him in the Cave of Origin

Rayquaza - After you beat the elite 4, go to the sky pillar and bring a mach bie with you to get pass the cracks

Latias - It will roam around randomly after you have beaten the elite 4

Regis - To get the three Regi's (Regirock, Registeel and Regice)
You need to have a Pokemon that knows Surf, Dive,

Deoxys - You must obtain the Aurora Ticket through cheating or nintendo events and use that ticket to go to the Birth Island

Latios - Get the Eon ticket through cheating or Nintendo events and go to the Southern Island..

Jirachi - Cheating

Rare Pokemon are Pokemon that are hard to get such as regirock and Kyogre. Look in the walkthroughs section for this game to find them all, or use a cheat device like an Action Replay or a Gameshark to get them.

Kyogre: In the Cave of Origin, the cave right above the 8th gym

Rayquaza: In the Sky Pillar (west of Paciflodge Town), after you beat the Elite Four. Make sure you have a Mach bike.

Latios: Southern Island, to get there, you need the Eon Ticket, which you can get by cheating. Also, you have to beat the Elite Four first.

Latias: After you beat the Elite Four. You run into it randomly. After you have seen it once, you can check it's area in the Pokedex, but the area changes everytime you go to a different route/city.

Jirachi: Cheating, using a Gameshark or Action Replay

Deoxys: Cheating, using Gameshark or Action Replay

Rare Pok�mon in Sapphire:

Kyogre - Cave of Origin after Team Aqua disturbs it at the Underwater Cave.
