When you have the ticket...go to the Slateport pier and talk to the lady and if she say's that you have the ticket to the Southern Island...if the ticket doesn't work you have might have entered it wrong and or the code is fake...so I suggest that you use a warp code and or modifier code's to catch the Lati

Go to slateport and talk to the women in the port beside the boat and show her the ticket and you will be teloported to the island with Latios/Latias.
