You can get it by various way's...
Nintendo Event = Special event's that is currently held in america where you could download the ticket
Cheating Device's = Buy a cheat device whic you can get on a local game store and enter the specific code to get the ticket..
There's other way's to get the ticket but the cheating device's are far more the best.
