Sapphire: you need to beat the Elite 4 first. Leaf Green: You must do this task on Leaf Green.Obtain National Dex, Saved lorelie and must have given the two ordbs to celio
You can't trade directly from Leaf Green to Sapphire, but you can trade from Leaf Green to Emerald, and then to Sapphire.
After you give thr Ruby and Sapphire to Celio in LeafGreen, you can trade from LeafGreen to Sapphire. There are no requirements for Sapphire, not even defeating the Elite 4!
You have to get far enough in LG so that Bill's friend says something like, "Yes! We're now connected to the Hoenn region."
In sapphire you must beat the elite 4 and in leaf green you must get the sapphire and the ruby.
