How do you use the Eon Ticket? I have it I just can't use it.

Just take it to the guy on the docks at Lilly Cove city.

Go to Lilycove and talk to the lady and if it works she'll say(The ferry to SLATEPORT is...Oh? That PASS...)and then she will leave an a man will come out and say(are you the one who brought that mighty odd PASS?and then you sail to southern island and catch latios or latias depends on which one you have.

If you used a ar/gs or somethin like that then you need the activation code if you used a nitendo event, then you just have to go to lillycove, not slateport.
