Bonsly, Munchlax, and every single other 4th generation Pokemon are NOT available in these games. They are ONLY in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
Not on Sapphire, I'm afraid. Bonsly was revealed WAY after Sapphire came out....
You can't catch 4TH GENERATION POKEMON, you just can't get them in this game as the micro chip used to make this game doesn't support Bonsly's images so you can't!
There is no Bonsly in sapphire, that Pokemon is from the fourth generation, and it evolves into suduwoodo, and bonsly can only be caught in the games Pokemon diamond and pearl, which havent even come out in america, yet...
