Fish with a Super Rod in Petalburg. Corphish will likely be the first thing that pops out!

Yes, I think, when your get to victory road climb the waterfall and fish there with a super rod. I don't know exactly but I think thats where you get them, but try it anyway maybe one will turn up

Yes you can, go straight up from oldale and go right fish there with a super rod or go left from oldale in the small lake or whatever you want to call it and fish there with a super rod and your guaranteed first time if not then it will be a marill so just try again
