Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I need lots of help on the contests I always lose. And I don't know where to get a thingy to make the poke blocks please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. You need the right moves for your Pokemon and make sure that they are entered in the correct category. 2. The PokeBlock maker(aka the Berry Blender) is on the right of the contest hall entracnce.

If your talking about the pokeblock case I know exactly where to get it just folo the instructions below.
1. Got to lilycove
2. Then go west of the Pokemon center.(away from the water)
3. Don't stop till you get to the collector trainer who has all surskit.
4. Next go to the lady by him and talk to her she will ask a question and you say yes.
5. Then tadah you have the pokeblock case*
