actionshark answered:

1: Yes but is MUCH harder to freeze a ice pokemon.
2: Sadly no.............

Gamesta65 answered:

I'm pretty sure ice-types cannot be frozen, like grass pokemon are not affected by Leech Seed and poison types(like grimer) cannot be poisoned. To make a daycare pokemon grow faster, get a mach bike. go to a mudslide. Don't go up it but put something the the UP botton on your gameboy so that your character goes halfway up then back down over and over agian. Every time you take a step, your daycare pokemon gets 1 EXP.

darkboarder_77 answered:

Yes, but very rarely so.

Yes. Hop onto the Mach Bike and speed around as much as possible. For each step you take, your Pokemon in the Daycare Center earns one Experience Point.

Hazza Spazza answered:

1: Yes. ice Pokemon can be frozen just as easily as any other Pokemon, unless their ability says that it can't be frozen. Although it may seem like it's impossible to freeze them it is - Ice attacks just do less damage.

2: No. Im afraid not. Except that weak Pokemon level up quickly in the Daycare but strong ones are slow.

Ragnarok10983 answered:

1. Dunno, never thought about that...

2. Yup there is. You need an SP or a wall adapter for your GBA. You know those dirt paths that only the mach bike can go up? Well you check in a pokemon and then go and find one of them. Dont get on the bike but walk into it. that counts as one step so one EXP. Tape the +pad into the up position and leave it like that all night.

There you are

XY Dragon Cannon answered:

I can answer your first question.
Pokemon of a type cannot get burnt or frozen if their type is the same. Fire pokemon can't get burnt and electric pokemon can't get paralyzed.

xebecer1913 answered:

1: I'm certain they cannot, for the same reason fire creatures can't get burned.

2: If you want to do something interesting instead of running around, get your character in front of a sandy slope while on his/her bike, then rig a device to push down on the up button and leave be untill you finish whatever it is you want to do (the device need not be elaborate; I use an old film canister, a plastic stool, and erasers to do this). An alternate method is to race around on the mach bike for a few minutes at full speed; this takes less time but requires your control.

Dogface 2004 answered:

Answer 1= Ice types cant get frozen like poison types cant be poisened.

Answer 2= Sadly no there is no way to make them grow faster otherwise I'd do it

KnockEmDead1996 answered:

1. No you can not freeze Ice-Type pokemon. It would be like putting Ice in a solid layer of more Ice
2. Yes just ride the mach bike in a long straight non disturbed route for a couple of minutes and your high leveled Pokemon should be leveled up a bit more or your low leveled Pokemon a lot more!
