Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I have a problem. Whenever I talk to the girl in the lilycove dpt. store that give out lottery tickets she tells me to come back tomorrow. When I do go back the next day she says the same thing. Also shoal caves tide doesnt raise or lower, and berries dont grow! I have given it three weeks to work and none of it does.

Whats the problem with my game?! I have never used a Game Shark or an Action Replay, and have never used cheats!!

You have probally played your game for over 1 year. You need to get the berry update program form the pokemon colluseum bonus disc or go to gamestop or a some other stores (forget the names) to get it. That should clear up the problem.

Listen I'm tired of answering this question so this is the last time! You have a glitch. Every last game has it. Once you play the game for one complete game year... Time stops. There are 3 ways to fix it. 1) Trade from firered or leafgreen. 2) Upload your pokemon colleseum team to ruby or sapphire. 3) Trade Jirachi from Pokemon colleseum to ruby or sapphire. All these must be done after time has stopped.
