How do you get Crobat? I can never get it.Please tell me how.

You must make a golbat really happy by not letting it faint in battles and by healing it a lot also give it a soothe bell which you get from the pokemon fanclub in slateport
Have Golbat's friendship peak. Let it battle often and keep it in your party, and let it hold an item. Give it lots of items, as long as it's not Revival Herb, Energy Root, Energypowder, or Heal Powder (they're expensive and bitter).
To get a Crobat you've got to make it really happy by giving it experience and items. Usually Golbats evolve at around Level 40 or 50. To see how happy your Golbat is reguarly, go to Verandturf Town and talk to the girl in the house to the very far-left on the bottom of town. To make her check your Golbat, put it at the top of your Party.
