Yes you can you just have to keep wining the lotery with all #s right or you can get to gb and give the master ball 2 1 of your pokemon and trade it into the uther game thates all

Yes there is away to get one but you need any one of these
XPLODER SP,ACTION REPLAY OR THE REGIS........
Catch all regis,go to lotto lady and talk to her and you could get a master ball.

You can get infinite masterballs by using a cheating device AR,Gameshark,etc...

If you get every Pokemon, the man in the lilycove inn will give you one.
You get one from the rocket hideout in lilycove.
Lottery corner in the lilycove department store.
Action replay. This is the best way so get an action replay cartridge

There is 3 different ways to get infinite master balls and they are listed bellow
1. Action replay
2. Gameshark
3. (most expensive)- get a gamecube and get the thing you can play the gameboy games on and 2 cheat disks come with it
