Eon ticket
Mirage island
Deoxys
Jirachi

Eon ticket-obtained by cheat/nintendo event or mix records with some one who has them or the mystery gift.

Mirage island- according to serebii.net when one of your party pokemon's id number matches to the lotterry number in lilycove city, mirage island will appear. So it's like you have 1/9999 chances

Deoxys-cheat. Trade
Jirachi-cheat, trade

I'm told you get this when you beat the first part of the game (after the elite 4)

The only way I know is through cheats

Mirage Island---
While on pacifilog go to the old man staring old the window, talk. If he says "Today I can see MIRAGE ISLAND!" than surf to the right of pacifilog and tadaa! There are awesome berries (and some good Pokemon, too?) there.

1.Use a cheating device.

2.You never know when you can go,it appers when it wants to.

3.You have to cheat to get him.

4.Same as answer three.

Eon Ticket: Using a cheating device such as an action replay cheat.
Mirage Island: Appears at random and people will talk about it in mossdeep. (South of mossdeep on random times and day) or you can use a cheating device such as an action replay or gameshark
Deoxys: Use a cheating device or go to a Nintendo Event
Jirachi: Use a cheating device or go to a nintendo event
