I got false swipe with my sceptile, I'm not sure about other pokemon
Also, for kyogre, he can be caugth with any ball but some are more differcult than others. Weight ball, (or is that gold) may be useful, just take a wide varitity, like I caugth one legendary Pokemon with a pokeball! Try sleeping kyorge, and use false swipe, and you can't fail (save before you battle him)
K these Pokemon learn false swipe by leveling up to a certain level
Farfetch'd, Cubone, Marowak, Scyther, Scizor, Grovyle, Sceptile, Zangoose and Nincada.
These ones learn it by breeding with one of the above Pokemon in it's egg group
Spearow, Fearow, Paras, Parasect, Pinsir, Heracross, Seedot, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Shroomish, Breloom and Mawile
Just bring tons of Ultra balls and timerballs and go nuts, utilize sleep and paralysis, basically throw everything youve got at it once it's weak enough and hope you get lucky. You'll get it eventually.
False Swipe is a move sceptile (treeko --> grovyle --> sceptile) and how I got my Kyogre was I weakened it to almost nothing and used some ultra balls. Or you could give it a status problem increasing your chance of the catch
These Pokemon will learn False Swipe,
Farfetch'd, Cubone, Marowak, Scyther, Scizor, Grovyle, Sceptile, Zangoose and Nincada.
You can't actually 'get' False Swipe, but some Pokemon can learn it by leveling up.
