Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok I really am stuck now...

1-Where do you get the Pokemon move cut from?

2- I got to lilycove and team aqua said they were going to Mt. Pyre... I searched through all of the place with all the tombs of dead Pokemon which was a bit moving but a bit creepy at the same time, but I couldnt find aqua ANYWHERE!

Please please help me I have completed the game b4 but I can't remember...

1) The cutting guy in Rustboro city.

2) They're outside. When you go in, go left to the small door and go through. They are at the top of the mountain then.

1. Go to rustboro city and go to one of the houses on the left. In front of one of them there will be a sign that says "cutters house" go inside and talk to him, he will then give you cut.
2.Once you get inside mt. Pyre, there should be another exit to the left that leads back on the mountain. Just follow the path and that will lead you to team aqua.

1.You get cut in Rustbero City.

2.You got to get dive and such for them under the water.

In rustburro city

Mt Pyre is right near the safari zone if I am not mistaken
