Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I need help catching Rayquaza without master ball. I used my master ball on the oh-so elusive latias. I have a lvl 50 aggron, a lvl 50 blaziken, a lvl 50 kadabra, a lvl 42 latias, a lvl 54 kyogre, and a lvl 33 tropius with me. I have saved the game right in fron on rayquaza on top of the sky pillar. I think I have 9 ultra balls and 4 timers with me. Should I
A: try to catch it right now. B: Leave and buy more balls.
Or C: Accept suggestions
If C, list one or two please!!

Try to parlize it and get it's HP down as low as you can.

C Use yawn or any attak that makes it go to sleep, get it's hp down to red, and use a ultra ball
