Low tide in Shoal Cave. There's a room full of ice.

Snorunt is found in shoal cave,a bit north of mossdeep city.

Look it up on your pokedex,but I think it's in that cave between Lillycove City and that island where steven lives.

explore the shole cave and get to the ice place run around for a while you shold get snorunt
