Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Can someone help me please???
I wana get the paintings in the museum but I don't no how if someone could tell me that, it would be good. Also I've looked on the map for surskit (masquerein? Is my fav although I can't spell it hehe) but I don't no whether it's in water or on land or if it's a surf to find or a rod???
If you can help me on that to it would be good!!!!

Most of the time Surskit is on the water, but will be found in the grass when an outbreak is heralded.

When you win a master rank contest, you should see a painter in white. Talk to him and he should take it to the museum. (at least thats what happens on Emerald)

I don't know exactly, but to get your painting in the museum, I think you have to win with almost the maximum poinnts in a contest(lilicove, of course).
For your surskit, he or she is very rare, except if the tv says there's a massive outbreak of 'em.
You can find him in the grass AND in the water.
Although, don'y go fshing for it.

To get paintings in the museum, you have to win the master ranked contest in lilycove. The artist will ask you if you want to put your painting of your winning Pokemon in a museum. (i know since many of my Pokemon are hung up there :D) For surskit, it is a very rare pokemon. Use your pokedex to look up info on surskit and then click on "Area" and it will highlight the areas surskit is it. Check your tvs too since occasionaly, a massive outbreak of surskit and skitty will appear and it will be the most common Pokemon in that area. Hope that helps
