Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Ok, I've got an official walkthrough book that I bought at the store, and in the back where it lists all the decorations for your secret base, it says I can get all of this and I don't know how. Can you please tell me:

Kiss poster
Togepi doll
Cyndaquil doll
Chikorita doll
Totodile doll
Meowth doll
Clefairy doll
Ditto doll
Smoochum doll
Kiss cushion
Snorlax doll
Lapras doll
Venusaur doll
Charzard doll
Blastoise doll
Regirock,ice, and steel dolls

Then just a regular old
Chair
Desk
Plant
Ornament
Mat
Poster
Doll
Cushion
Glass chair
And glass desk

Dunno,
Never heard of a "kiss poster" or "registeel doll".
It could be that you can only get them by gameshark, but don't count on this, it's just a guess.

They're all obtainable from an GameShark or AR code.

All except the Regi- dolls can be gotten from Emerald. (via Secret Base Decor. Trader in Mauville City PKMN Center) I don't know about the Regi- dolls.
