Where are Regice and Registeel?

Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Where are Regice and Registeel? I already caught Regirock in the desert. I heard one of them is on route 5 and the other is on route 21 or 22 but I don't think those routes exist in Pokemon Sapphire.

Someone please help me!

Regice: Route 105. Surf along the western bank until you come to a sandbar with trees on it. There will be a ath leading from it. At the end is Regice's Island Cave. Go in and read the inscription, and then just wait for two minutes.

Registeel: Route 120. Right by the lady that gives Berries, go up the steps into the grass on the ledge. Go through until you come to a set of ruins. Go in and go to the centre of the room and use Fly.
