I know theres one North of Slateport, and I can't really remember the others, but just use your imagination, theyre everywhere.

You find them on the ground,but they are hard to find because they are rare.

To be honest just go and capture 5 zigzagoon or 5 linoone either or.. And just go battle wild Pokemon and trainers then zigzagoon and/or linoone will pick items.. Just to brag I got 4 rare candy at once just after one fight with a wild Pokemon, and 3 at once from a trainer. The Pokemon also pick up other item too like ultraball and fullrestore trust me.. And this is not consider cheating at all it is the Pokemon effects what it does when you read the statues... Thanks........... MANvOMITz.....
